She specializes in practical, science-based skill sets and tangible takeaways that increase professionals capacity to achieve high level collaboration, team performance, and organizational innovation. She specializes in building psychological safety, leadership intelligence, inclusive teams, and adaptive mindsets for resilience. She’s taught at Stanford Continuing Studies for 15 years. Her new online course, “The Emotionally Intelligent Leader”, launches in fall 2020. She's provided workshops and keynotes in over 15 countries across 4 continents.

Dr. Delizonna authored four books including “Enhancing Emotional Intelligence”, “Mindful Leaders”, “Thrive”,and “Mindful”.

Her Harvard Business Review article on high performing teams achieved the top three articles of 2019.

She earned a PhD and was trained at Harvard, Boston University, and Stanford University.
