Buono & Partners
Benedetto Buono is an entrepreneur, strategic advisor, executive educator and author. He is the Founding Partner of Buono & Partners, a benefit corporation specializing in strategic advisory services focused on leadership, relational capital and organizational development.
He is among the few Italian advisors working at the intersection of the Humanities, relational capital and Artificial Intelligence, bringing together four complementary disciplines: strategy, organizational studies, network science and the humanities.
For more than twenty years, he has studied and advised public and private organizations on building strategic relationships, collaborative ecosystems and organizational models capable of fostering innovation, trust and sustainable growth. His work is grounded in the belief that, in the age of the knowledge economy and Artificial Intelligence, competitive advantage depends increasingly less on tangible assets and increasingly more on the quality of relationships, professional communities and collaborative ecosystems that organizations are able to cultivate and orchestrate.
He advises leading corporations, public institutions, universities, foundations and non-profit organizations on growth strategies, organizational transformation and the development of human and relational capital, operating at the intersection of strategy, management, social sciences and innovation.
Before founding Buono & Partners, he held management positions at Accenture, Leonardo and SACE, where he worked in management consulting, strategic planning, investor relations, innovation, digital transformation, strategic marketing and business development. This experience enables him to combine a strong corporate management background with the interdisciplinary perspective developed through strategic advisory work and executive education.
He serves as Executive Faculty at leading Italian business schools and universities, including POLIMI Graduate School of Management, LUMSA, Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma and Luiss Business School, where he designs and delivers executive programs on leadership, strategic networking, management capabilities, organizational transformation and the impact of Artificial Intelligence on work and organizations.
He serves on the boards and advisory boards of innovative companies, startups, non-profit organizations and initiatives operating across technology, life sciences, education and the impact economy.
He is also the author of books published by Egea, Bocconi University Press and Dario Flaccovio Editore, and a contributor to leading Italian business publications including Il Sole 24 Ore – Econopoly, Formiche, EconomyUp and other journals focused on innovation and management.
A frequent keynote speaker, moderator and facilitator, he regularly contributes to national and international conferences on leadership, strategic networking and the future of organizations. In 2025, he delivered a TEDx Talk exploring the strategic value of relationships in creating professional opportunities.
His research and advisory work is grounded in an interdisciplinary approach that combines management, economics, organizational sociology, network science and the humanities. He believes that the most successful organizations of the coming decade will be those capable of transforming relationships into strategic infrastructure and leadership into a collective, distributed and generative capability.
