Professional Profile:

Marta Basso is a serial entrepreneur who has always worked one step ahead of innovation: she sees it coming, senses it early and talks about it before the market has the words to name it. Today her field is Artificial Intelligence and how it is changing the relationship between people, companies and brands.

She is CEO and co-founder of Brandplane, one of the first companies in Europe working on how AI is transforming the way people discover, judge and choose brands. She is also co-founder of Superfutures, a platform supporting large European companies in energy, defence and industry with long-term strategic decisions.

She studied economics in Italy, the United States and the United Kingdom, and began her career between Peru and Italy, at Ferreyros, the Instituto Peruano de Economía and Giunti Psychometrics. In 2017 Adecco selected her as “CEO for One Month”. From there she built an entrepreneurial path of projects launched ahead of their time, from Generation Warriors to WiP App and Vios, up to Brandplane.

She is a LinkedIn Top Voice and is recognised by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development as a digital communication expert. She has spoken at the Italian Chamber of Deputies, was a fellow of the Grameen Creative Lab, and is the author of “La Duplice Alleanza” (Franco Angeli, 2019).

On stage she talks about innovation and how to read it before it becomes obvious: how AI is rewriting the visibility of companies, why adopting it is an individual responsibility before it is an IT project, and how to build a personal brand that holds up in AI-generated answers. Recent talks include a keynote for Metinvest/Trametal, CXNow Employee Experience 2026, the Richmond E-Commerce Forum 2026 and Youston’s MaiDay.

She teaches digital marketing and applied AI in ITS programmes and in teacher training.
