Giovanni Giamminola is an ‘Artificial Intelligence Advisor for Business Transformation,’ author, and keynote speaker with over twenty years of experience as a CEO in Europe and North America. He has led companies with revenues exceeding one billion euros and managed complex teams in multinational, multicultural, and family-owned business contexts.

He is the author of ‘The Augmented Manager: How Artificial Intelligence Makes Management More Effective, Creative and Strategic, a book that explores how artificial intelligence can be effectively applied in companies to achieve tangible results. Giovanni is an Adjunct Professor at Università Cattolica di Milano in the ‘AI-Driven Business Models’ Master’s program and at UCL London, where he teaches the course ‘Augmented Leadership: Embracing AI as Your Strategic Partner.’

Throughout his career, he has developed the ‘Augmented Manager Method,’ an approach that combines strategic AI and agentic AI to optimize managerial performance and accelerate organizational change.
