Massimo Magni
Economist and Professor of Organizational Behavior

Massimo Magni is an Associate Professor of Organization at Bocconi University and he is currently Director of the MSc in International Management and Head of the Knowledge Group of Leadership, Organization and HR at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He has served as Director of the Organization & HR Department, and Member of the Management Board at the same Business School.
His academic work and professional commitments are aimed at supporting company leaders in developing a team-oriented and collaborative culture. He has conducted numerous workshops Europe, Middle East, and North America and he is a frequent guest speaker at conferences, companies, and institutions worldwide. His work has been published in major academic journals and his research results have been reported in managerial magazines such as MIT Sloan Management Review, World Economic Forum Agenda, Harvard Business Review (Italian edition), Forbes, and Bloomberg. He also appeared on radio and TV shows to comment on managerial topics and to present the results of his research.
Massimo earned a PhD from LUISS University (Rome) and was a visiting PhD at the University of Maryland. He has been visiting scholar at the University of Maryland and the University of Louisville, where he developed joint research projects on team dynamics and individual behaviors. He has a vast international teaching experience and participated in the International Teachers Programme at Kellogg School of Management in Chicago. He taught courses in several universities abroad, such as University of Texas (USA), University of Queensland (Australia), and MISB-Mumbai (India).
