Daniele Agiman is currently the principal conductor of the G. Rossini Symphony Orchestra in Pesaro and holds the chair of Conducting at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan.
One of the most active Italian conductors globally, he is currently a regular guest at the most renowned operatic institutions in South Korea and Japan.
Over the course of his career, he has conducted over 90 orchestras around the world, including Argentina, South Africa, France, Germany, Romania, Switzerland, Georgia, and Russia. In December 1992, he made his debut at the Vienna Konzerthaus and the Brucknerhaus in Linz, at the invitation of the Vienna Chamber Orchestra.
After triumphing at the 1st Mario Gusella Competition (first place overall, Pescara 1991), he has been invited by the most prestigious Italian orchestras and has conducted in the most renowned theaters and concert seasons.
Daniele Agiman has dedicated particular attention to the promotion and performance of contemporary music, conducting numerous premieres of Italian composers.
From the complexity of musical performance, he has drawn insights into the world of organizations and top management figures (managers, leaders) to effectively address new managerial challenges.
The dynamic between conductor and orchestra thus lends itself to metaphorically expressing all the characteristic themes of managerial work, from the interpretation of the score as a business plan to the implementation of that score in an “effective” relationship with the orchestra members.
