He is also a board member of selected companies.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the FCIPD, UK and a Certified Leadership Coach from Georgetown University, Washington DC. He has worked in 80+ countries and has authored articles published by Harvard Business Review (ltalian and Arabic editions), Forbes, World Economic Forum Agenda, IrichTech, Quartz, LINC, Pirelli Magazine ltaly and Tribune de Geneve.
